To Grill or Not To Grill, That Is The Question! Residents of Hampton Court II Condo, don’t forget to cast your vote. The Hampton Court II Board is considering changing the rules and regulations to allow electric type cooking grills on patios and balconies. A ballot was distributed to each owner for their vote. Do your part and vote on this important issue. Return completed ballots to the Visitor Center now. Spring Ridge Pool Hours: The Spring Ridge Pools opened May 29th. The pool hours are as follows: While Frederick County Schools are still in session, Weekdays 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Weekends 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. During Summer Break, Everyday 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. Please check future newsletters for Pool Holiday hours. Stop Signs Planned for Installation To help abate the speeding traffic that we have seen zipping through the condo’s, the Board has decided to have 2 stop signs installed. One stop sign will be placed between 6260 and 6250 and the other will be placed to the left of 6260. We hope this will slow down some of the speeders. Happy Independence Day The Visitor Center will be closed Monday, July 5th in observance of Independence Day. PMP, Inc. and the Hampton Court II Board of Directors wish you a Fun and Safe Holiday weekend. Outside Water Faucets Be advised that the use of outside water faucets is not authorized for personal homeowner use. Homeowners wishing to water patio plants and flowers, or to provide child’s play, must use their own metered water. The water from these outside faucets is charged to all homeowners; thus, is intended for the overall community use such as landscape watering (new shrubs and trees) or power washing of the building. Unauthorized use of outside faucets could result in Board follow-up. Pool Passes As you will recall,
2 year’s ago Spring Ridge went to a PERMANENT pool pass system.
Everyone must have a pass to enter the pool. Lost or misplaced permanent
passes will be replaced at a charge of $5 per pass. Guests can enter with
a resident and a guest pass. All owners or tenants received one guest
pass with ten free visits. Additional guest passes may be purchased from
PMP for $20/ 10 visits or $40/ 20 visits. Residents will not be reimbursed
for lost or stolen guest passes. See you at the pool. Please make sure someone (a relative or neighbor) has access to your unit incase of an emergency. Send a note to PMP letting us know who will have a key if entry is necessary, and a number where we may contact you. You may place this information in a sealed envelope and we will place it in your file. Blood Mobile Information The Mobile American Red Cross will hold a blood drive Friday, July 2, 2004 from 12 noon - 4pm in the Visitor Center parking lot.
