Hampton Court
II Tribune Annual Meeting: May 13, 2004 - 7pm at the Visitor Center. Freezing Up - If There is More Cold Weather If you have plans to go away for an extended period of time this winter please remember some of the following tips. 1) Leave your unit’s heat on at a moderate setting. 2) Leave kitchen and bathroom sink cabinet doors open to allow the heat to reach your pipes. You may also want to allow water to drip from your faucet to allow water flow to continue. This reduces the risk of your pipes freezing. 3) Provide a neighbor with a key in case emergency access is needed to your unit. Thank you for your cooperation this winter season. Speeding Vehicles Recently, Management has become aware of some residents who speed while driving through Spring Ridge. Management would like to remind residents that this is very dangerous and also illegal. Residents should use caution while driving through the entire community, but especially at cross walks and intersections. Anyone who sees a speeding vehicle is requested to contact the Frederick County Sheriff’s office, at 301-694-1046, to report it. Thank you. Unmoved Vehicles Management would like to remind residents of Hampton Court II that any valid licensed vehicle parked for a period of thirty (30) days or longer (without Management’s knowledge) violates the rules and regulations of the association. Residents who will be leaving their vehicle(s) parked for a period of thirty (30) days or longer must inform management in writing. Please note that any vehicle parked for a period longer than thirty (30) days (without Management’s knowledge) will be towed at the owner’s risk and expense. Please also note that any invalid or non-licensed vehicle will be towed. Thank you. Parking Lot Issues Recently, Management has been made aware of several issues at the parking lots of Hampton Court II Condominium. The first is the lack of common courtesy when parking. Management would like to remind residents that parking is first come first serve and to please be courteous to other residents who park in the lots. The second issue regards parking between the tic marks. When parking, residents should pull into the space and properly align their vehicle between the tic marks. Please do not park your vehicles in between two spaces. Thank you. Pet Waste This is a continual reminder to all pet owners that you must pick up after your pet. Every year we seem to have an abundant amount of complaints in regards to this matter along with pets being left out without a leash. Please help management, your neighbors, and the environment by picking up after your pet and keeping them under control with a leash at all times. Any residents witnessing someone not picking up after their pet(s)and/or not keeping them on a leash should report this to management by calling 301-620-0782. Please provide the building and unit number of the resident not complying. Thank you. Book Mobile The Frederick County Library Book Mobile will be at the Visitor Center parking lot on Monday, March 15 and Monday, March 29, 2004 from 3pm - 7pm. Please come and select books to enjoy. If you need additional
information about the book mobile or other library services, please call
your local branch or the library Extension Services at 301-694-1615. |
