No Recycling Pick-Up or Bulk Trash Pick-Up At The Condos!

Apparently some of the Hampton Court II Condo owners don’t realize that there is no recycling at the condo’s. Leaving separated bags of newspapers and empty boxes on the outside of the Dumpsters only creates a nuisance for other owners, the trash removal company, and management who usually gets stuck with manually throwing these items into the containers and/or breaking down peoples boxes.

If you care to recycle your plastic, glass and paper products you can do so by dropping it off at the nearest recycling drop off point. The Frederick County Recycling Center is just a few miles away on Reichs Ford Rd. or on East Street in Frederick across from where Wolf’s Furniture used to be. You can contact the Recycling Center at 301- 696-2960.

Please throw all of your trash into the Dumpster, not on the ground. There is no recycling or bulk trash removal.
Annual Meeting

The Hampton Court II Condo 2005 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 12th. A “call for nomination” letter will be mailed out to residents on March 11, 2005. Please get involved in your community by serving on the Board of Directors. There is one (1) position open this year. Get involved, it’s not too much to ask, is it? Thank you.

Parking Reminder

Management has recently noticed that some vehicles at Hampton Court II have been parked incorrectly. Part IV, Section 4 of the Hampton Court II Rules and Regulations states, “Front End Parking Only” will be allowed. Management would like to remind residents and visitors to park “Front End In” only. Thank you.

Reminder To Residents

If you are having any work done in your unit by a contractor, please remember that the contractor should use the electricity and water supply from your unit. Common area electricity and water are to be used for common area purposes only. Thank you.

From The Desk Of:
Richard A. Gemmell, Community Manager

With springtime just around the corner, I wanted to let all the Hampton Court II members know some of things planned for this Spring. We are planning to clean up the steep hillside behind buildings 6230 & 6240. Crown Vetch (Coronilla varia) will be planted to replace the wild growth on the hillside. With it’s soil stabilizing aspects, it should be a great enhancement to that area. We also plan to have a concrete contractor pour 2 large steel-reinforced concrete pads in front of the trash containers. This will remove the huge dips in the asphalt where the trash truck stops and dumps the containers. Hampton Court II will see a new landscape contractor this year. The new contractor’s name is ValleyCrest Landscaping. They are not new to Spring Ridge. ValleyCrest is the main contractor for Spring Ridge Conservancy, Hampton Court I, and Spring Ridge Condominium.
