noticed, but yet some have disregarded, there are 2 new stop signs located
on the property. The stop signs have been placed for your safety and your
usage. If the speeding continues, the Board may be forced to have expensive speed bumps installed at a cost to each and every condo owner. Spread the word about the new stop signs and don’t be afraid to tell someone that you see speeding to SLOW DOWN. Air Conditioner and Heater Tips Air Conditioners and Heaters require regular maintenance for the unit to function effectively during service. Neglecting necessary maintenance ensures a steady decline in air conditioning /heating performance while energy use steadily increases. Listed below are tips to ensure that your air conditioner and heater are operating safely and are kept clean: i Filters - Routinely clean and/or replace if needed. Clogged, dirty filters block normal air flow and reduce a system’s efficiency significantly. It is recommended that you change your air filter once a month during summer and every other month during the winter. i Condensation Line - A frequent problem is a clogged condensation line in your air conditioner. Often, mold or bacteria can grow and clog the line. To keep the air conditioning line flowing freely, pour a mixture of 1 part household bleach and 9 parts water through the line once a month during summer. The condensation line is found on the inside part of your air conditioning unit. i Never Open Your Heating/Air Conditioning Unit. Opening the unit can be hazardous and even fatal without the proper knowledge of the hazards. You may call any licensed, professional air conditioning/heating service to have any yearly maintenance completed. Consult your owner’s manual for more information. Results of Community Vote on Electric Grills At this time, the
Hampton Court II Board of Directior’s have made a decision in a

decision, please contact Management for an explanation of the exact legal
procedures that must be followed. At least15% of the homeowners must appeal
the Board’s decision, to take it to the next step. To contact Management,
please call 301-620-0782.
