Annual Meeting: Thursday, October19th - 7pm at VC

Outside Water Faucets

Be advised that the use of outside water faucets is not authorized for personal homeowner use. Homeowners wishing to water patio plants and flowers, or to provide child’s play, must use their own metered water. The water from these outside faucets is charged to all homeowners; thus, is intended for the overall community use such as landscape watering (new shrubs and trees) or power washing of the building. Unauthorized use of outside faucets could result in a Board follow-up.

Dryer Vents And Fireplace Flue Caps

At this time, we would like to remind the condo owners that periodically cleaning dryer vents and fireplace flue caps is essential. Lint buildup and bird nests are the 2 most common problems found in these areas. Proper maintenance is the responsibility of each owner. This is not an association responsibility but rather the responsibility of each owner.

Please contact the vendors listed below to schedule your vent cleaning.

T&D Duct Cleaning LLC
410-795-6200

Dryer Vent Cleaners
301-662-1115

Management is not endorsing these vendors. We know they have worked in the community and residents have been happy with their work.

Remember This Date:  October 19, 2006

Hampton Court Condo is having an Annual Meeting in October. Keep an eye out for the Call For Nomination forms to be followed up with the ballot and proxy.  These will be mailed to owners.

Remember, please do your part by being nominated to serve on the Board of Directors or, at the very least, send your signed proxy. Thank You.

Emergency Protocol Regarding
Alarm Emergencies

The Board of Directors have asked Management to formulate emergency procedures in the event of an alarm going off (whether a false alarm or legitimate) during regular business hours and after. Management is currently working on the details. This will most likely be distributed to each owner along with the “Homeowners Guide” that will be worked on soon by several volunteer homeowners.

Seeking Volunteers

The Board of Directors are seeking a few condo owners to work on a Homeowners Guide. This guide will be given out to all residents and to all “new” residents. The guide will briefly discuss things like what to do in the case of a fire, does the county recycle and a variety of other relevant things.

Please contact Richard at 301-620-0782 if your interested. Thank you.

Parking Reminder

If you live in the Springwater Terrace courtyard, remember not to park on the Spring Ridge Condo side of the lot. See map on the reverse side of this newsletter. Thank you.

Dog Waste And Plants Don’t Mix!

Pet owners are advised to not allow their dog(s) to frequent the same exact “watering spot”. The high content of ammonia in urine will kill both grass and plants. Please do your part to help. Thank you.
