Pool Passes and Guest Pool Passes Reminder: As of last year, 2012, all residents must have a photo pool pass to enter the pool facility. If you do not have a photo pool pass, if you need an updated or replacement pool pass, if your young children (infants, toddlers, etc.) need a more updated photo, now is the time to get one. There will be $5.00 charge to replace each lost pool pass. Reminder to Renters: You must have a pool privilege letter each year from the owner of your unit in order for your pool pass to work. Please stop by the Visitor Center during business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm OR email photos to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . If you email a photo, you will still need to pick up your pool pass at the Visitor Center. 2013 Guest Pool Passes are now available for pick-up at the Visitor Center by an adult in the household.
The Spring Ridge Senior Apartments currently has spacious one bedroom apartments available for seniors ages 62+. They offer an array of social activities such as Bingo, Canasta and wine tastings.
