Conservancy Annual Meeting With Election

The Spring Ridge Conservancy Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 4th at 7pm at the Visitor Center. At that time, there will be an election for one (1) position opening on the Board of Directors. A “Call for Nomination” letter and form will be postmarked to owners by September 3rd. If you would like to be more involved in your HOA, now is the time to step forward. Serving on the Board is a great way to “give back” to your community!

By early October, owners will be mailed an Annual Meeting Agenda, Proxy, Ballot and Candidate Biographies for any candidate who wishes to serve on the Board. The owners will vote and the new Board Member will be announced at the Annual Meeting on November 4th.

Finance Committee Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed to serve on the Finance Committee. Volunteers do not need a finance degree and no previous financial experience needed. Volunteers should be interested to learn the functions of the committee, should attend the monthly Finance Committee Meetings and have an aptitude for working with numbers.

The Finance Committee reviews the monthly financial statements and presents findings to the Spring Ridge Conservancy Board of Directors and prepares the yearly budget, amongst other duties.

Pre Sale Tickets September 15th.

Tickets can be purchased online through the SpringRidgeOnline.com website.

After October 1st the price increases to $40 per person.

Transportation: A bus will be available to transport guests to and from the party.

Q: Do I have to wear a costume?

A: Yes, you must wear a costume, it's a Halloween Party.

Q: Do I have to sign the waiver?

A: You must sign the waiver in order to attend. If you have an issue with that, please appear at the next available HOA meeting to express any concerns.

Q: I don't have a baby sitter.

Q: I don't drink.

A: But you'll eat, dance and have a good time with your neighbors.

Q: I don't have a date.

A: You don't need one. Just come and have a good time with your neighbors.

A: You don't have too. Last year I wore some old ripped jeans, a Rush concert T-Shirt and a $5 wig from Party City.

Q: I can't think of any other excuse.

A: Great, we'll see you there.
