The Board of Directors Commissioned the ACC to Take a Good Look at the Guidelines

The ACC looked at the Architectural Guidelines in terms of the new products being offered on the market place these days. After careful discussion and consideration, the committee approved of several changes and have thus made their recommendations to the Board of Directors. Some of the changes may deal with deck railings systems, different size sheds, alternative decking materials, deck staining options amongst a few other changes. Once the Board reviews and approves the changes, management will forward a copy of the changes to each member of Spring Ridge.

Public Right of Way Parking

Management has received several complaints over the past few months about cars parking across the sidewalks in the community. This is primarily happening in the single family section of the property. We would like to remind residents that common sidewalks are considered public right of way. Blocking off the free movement of foot traffic can force someone into the street which could be dangerous. Please try to be aware of this problem and do your best to make sure that all vehicles parked in driveways don't extend over the common sidewalks. Thank you.

Infant Clothing and Supplies Drive

Make a difference in the Life of a needy mother and child. Please donate any baby clothing or equipment such as carriers, car seats, strollers, bath tubs, swings, etc., in clean and good condition. Badly needed are disposable diapers, wipes, desitin, baby shampoo, new bottles, new pacifiers, nursing pads, etc. All donations will benefit The Mary House for Unwed Mothers, and/or Birthright of Frederick. Drop off point is Frederick Real Estate Group in the Spring Ridge Professional Park , 9093 Ridgefiled Drive , end unit #207. 301-695-3333.

A big thank you goes out to all the Spring Ridge volunteers: Coach Dan, Coach Bernie, Coach Angela, Coach Lee, Coach Eric and Coach Keith, Dawn Strayton, Karen Libonate, and all the parents who jumped in when needed. Thanks to Giant Foods for their gift card towards our little end of the season party. And the biggest thanks to Ruby Scherer of Sell 4 Free, who sponsored the t-shirts for the fourth year in a row! SPRING RIDGE FANS ARE COOL!

FANS showed their colors at the October Homecoming Social!!

An enjoyable evening is in the memory banks of all who attended the October Social. People wore their high school or college colors, and some came dressed with their school club's attire, i.e. marching band outfits complete with plume. Exciting chatter abounded as school yearbooks from far and wide were visually digested by new friends. Disco music provided a touch of the right mood for this adventure back in time.

The third Wednesdays of the month at 7pm is indeed where you'll find the companionship and unique experiences that FAN provide for all adults in our community! We welcome you to join us.

You won't want to miss the next scheduled FAN social on Wednesday, November 16 th at 7pm ! Mr. Bobby Brunner of "Classic Entertainment" is the scheduled host, and he will fill us in on "Event Planning" for our festive parties. Bobby is a native of Frederick who holds a B.A. in Art from Hood College and has been in the event planning business for seven years. He guaranteed to offer us some 'tricks of the trade' tips that will turn our parties from the mundane into the unforgettable. Classic Entertainment coordinates all one needs for spectacular parties from catering to Dj's to Photography. Bobby encourages anyone with questions before our social to call Classic Entertainment at 301-624-5960. We look forward to an evening of surprises and fun.
