Board of
Director’s Corner No Recycling Pick-Up or Bulk Trash Pick-up At The Condos! Apparently some of the Spring Ridge Condo owners don’t realize that there is no recycling at the condo’s. Leaving separated bags of newspapers and empty boxes on the outside of the Dumpsters only creates a nuisance for other owners, the trash removal company and management who usually gets stuck with manually throwing these items into the containers and/or breaking down peoples boxes. If you care to recycle your plastic, glass and paper products you can do so by dropping it off at the nearest recycling drop off point. The Frederick County Recycling Center is just a few miles away on Reichs Ford Rd. or on East Street in Frederick across from where Wolf’s Furniture used to be. You can contact the Recycling Center at 301- 696-2960. Please throw all of your trash into the Dumpster, not on the ground. There is no recycling or bulk trash removal. Reminder To Residents If you are having any work done in your unit by a contractor, please remember that the contractor should use the electricity and water supply from your unit. Common area electricity and water are to be used for common area purposes only. Thank you. Annual Meeting The Spring Ridge Condo 2005 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 21st. A “call for nomination” letter was mailed out to residents on February 21, 2005. Please get involved in your community by serving on the Board of Directors. There are three (3) positions open this year. Get involved, it’s not too much to ask, is it? Thank you. Classifieds Wanted; Spring Ridge resident Brigitte Farrell is looking for World War II (WWII) Veterans to interview for an article to be in a local magazine. She would also like relevant pictures to include in the article. If interested, please contact her at 301-668-2242 (Home) or 301-694-8300 ext. 202 (Office). The material is due March 15th, so call soon if you wish to contribute. Snow Removal Management has reminded the snow removal contractors to not forget to shovel all of the handi-capped parking spaces, and ramps. Additionally, they have been asked to clear a path to the mailboxes from the sidewalks. To the Residents of Spring Ridge Condo:
