Pool Passes

As you will recall, 3 year’s ago Spring Ridge went to a PERMANENT pool pass system.  Everyone must have a pass to enter the pool. Lost or misplaced permanent passes will be replaced at a charge of $5 per pass. Guests can enter with a resident and a guest pass.  All owners or tenants received one guest pass with ten free visits.  Additional guest passes may be purchased from PMP for $20/ 10 visits or $40/ 20 visits.  Residents will not be reimbursed for lost or stolen guest passes. See you at the pool.

Outside Water Faucets

Be advised that the use of outside water faucets is not authorized for personal homeowner use. Homeowners wishing to water patio plants and flowers, or to provide child’s play, must use their own metered water. The water from these outside faucets is charged to all homeowners; thus, is intended for the overall community use such as landscape watering (new shrubs and trees) or power washing of the building. Unauthorized use of outside faucets could result in a Board follow-up.

Concrete Work to Take Place Soon

The Board of Directors has approved nearly $10,000 worth of common sidewalk replacement work. The work will take place this spring or early summer. Most of the concrete repairs will be in areas that have trip hazards or obvious damaged concrete. Your dollars at work! Thank you.

Important Warning:

It is very important that you and/or your guests extinguish all lighted cigars and cigarettes properly. Please do not throw anything lighted into the mulch beds. The mulch can catch on fire and then possibly the building and then your home.
Be smart and don’t throw lighted cigarettes/cigars on the common areas, especially the mulched beds.

No Bulk Trash/No Recycling

There is no bulk trash pickup or recycling at any of the condo’s within Spring Ridge. Please don’t leave these items out near the trash containers. Thank you.

Happy Memorial Day

The Visitor Center will be closed on Monday, May 30th in observance of Memorial Day. PMP, Inc. and the Spring Ridge Condominium Board of Director’s wish you a safe and happy Memorial Day Weekend.

Air Conditioner and Heater Tips

Air Conditioners and Heaters require regular maintenance for the unit to function effectively during service.  Neglecting necessary maintenance ensures a steady decline in air conditioning /heating performance while energy use steadily increases.

  1. Filters - Routinely clean and/or replace if needed.  Clogged, dirty filters block normal air flow and reduce a system’s efficiency significantly.  It is recommended that you change your air filter once a month during summer and every other month during the winter.
  2. Condensation Line - A frequent problem is a clogged condensation line in your air conditioner.  Often, mold or bacteria can grow and clog the line.  To keep the air conditioning line flowing freely, pour a mixture of 1 part household bleach and 9 parts water through the line once a month during summer.  The condensation line is found on the inside part of your air conditioning unit.
  3. Never Open Your Heating/Air Conditioning Unit.  Opening the unit can be hazardous and even fatal without the proper knowledge of the hazards.  You may call any licensed, professional air conditioning/heating service to have any yearly maintenance completed.  Consult your owner’s manual for more information
